Shipping policy

1. What are your shipping options?

Standard Domestic Shipping (3 Business Days)


All standard domestic orders typically arrive within three business days from the date the order is shipped.  We will ship out all orders placed before noon US Pacific Time on the same day (and strive to do better than this every day).  


2. How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is processed by our warehouse. From there, you can monitor your package’s progress in real time.


3. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once you receive your tracking number, you can check the status of your shipment at any time through the carrier’s website or tracking portal.


4. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! If you need your items sooner, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. The exact cost depends on:

2. The speed of delivery you choose

5. How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please send a request to hello@gethigherstandards.com

Our support team will respond with:

  • Confirmation of the return request

  • Instructions on how to proceed

  • Refund processing details once your return is confirmed


6. When will I receive my refund?

After we confirm your return and receive the item back, we will process your refund. The timeframe for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.  Unfortunately we cannot make the bank or card provider operate faster, as this is entirely their decision and not our own, nor that of our bank.
